Cestore is a ClimateTech startup founded in Stockholm in the beginning of 2023. We develop a breakthrough ocean-based carbon removal tech solution with the potential to fight climate change and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
Way forward
Our initial target is to achieve Proof-of-Concept and to reach a technical development level for a pilot project. The goal for the pilot project is to prove the solution’s capacity in its right environment, the sea. Final development stage is a demo project to reach a product with a capacity to remove 20 000 tons carbon dioxide per year for each unit, and with multiple units installed at an offshore site.
