We develop a breakthrough ocean-based carbon removal tech solution with the potential to fight climate change and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Our solution is a new modular underwater system which in a two-step process captures and stores carbon dioxide from the air to the ocean.

The concept is based on two new innovations. The first one capture carbon dioxide from seawater so the ocean can take up more carbon dioxide from the air.
The second innovation converts the captured carbon dioxide to a harmless and stable compound as part of the ocean’s natural chemistry.
The solution has a direct impact on the climate crisis by the negative emissions achieved, where carbon dioxide is permanently removed from the atmosphere.
We see a scale up potential by integrating multiple units at offshore wind power plants, where necessary infrastructure are already in place.
Fossil-free carbon dioxide from the ocean can also replace fossil carbon sources for production of fossil-free chemicals, plastics and e-fuels, in the transition to a fossil-free industry.
